how it started

Ed Bunton has built a career on doing things differently. Sonic Awards grew out of Mezz Merch, a merchandise company with deep roots in the music industry.

While building custom merch for tours and artists, Ed saw an opportunity to create something more. A dedicated space for awards and custom pieces that go beyond a standard trophy or plaque.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Ed takes any idea and turns it into something nobody's ever seen. If it deserves recognition, it deserves something truly one of a kind.
